Corpus Christi is an academic school with a big Community that's welcoming to anyone who wants to join Corpus Christi feels like one big happy family so we can have a better learning experience they're always inspiring us to be better and work harder and just keep creating better Byrd garage sales in each day in the parents and in the staff and faculty and where they can rap with students teachers are super kind and they're always there to help you my teacher is a very nothing that I really like how she always helped being hers with an absolute for the entire family and friendly environment I want Christy as a faith-based school we focus on teaching the whole student to me that means our student take on an academically challenging curriculum of math science technology language and the Arts I would expect from a private education the element that separates us from other schools is that empathy acceptance forgiveness the importance of service and Faith are equally important parts of our curriculum real magic around here is Joy I can always count on coming to school and feeling joy and laughing and feeling loved and willing to love and I think that's what really makes the school my relationship with the students reach their Foundation it starts with getting to know each student two to help them feel that it's a safe space for them to be themselves and to make mistakes and to grow and learn and ask questions if I play something class and it's just getting hard for me and I let you know I say something wrong or I do something wrong there always be there to help me. Come and then just encouraged me that say they believe in me and that's really been helping for my development sorry just become a better student and a better person in general it was important for us to choose a faith-based school because educating the whole child and having a view towards faith and service was really important to us and that's what's really valuable I learned the skills I needed to go on to high school and get into my dream School University of Michigan we loved having Corpus Christi state it's official kodad high school they always come to Bishop O'Dowd fully prepared academically but most importantly they love to engage in student life I find that he has made so many new friends but really hold tightly to the ones that have been with him since scanner once I got always River up Corpus is the CYO Sports I probably wouldn't have played basketball for a CYO Sports just cuz I'm not good but I still have the telephone it is been so fun to be in this class for 9 years now I've been here since kindergarten and growing up here has just been an amazing journey what's interesting about the Corpus Chris students are all unique in their talents and aspirations and it's fun to watch them grow and mature because they they grow into their own and they take on their own sense of who they are and successfully do that my three children have embody what I teach at Corpus Christi and that's the love and the kindness and empathy and I just have a little soft spot for the school so yeah
