Banana bread recipe
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 to 3 overripe bananas
- low fat milk
- OPTIONAL: Chocolate Chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Also, mash your bananas.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into the flour. Add in a splash of milk until you like the texture. The more milk, the runnier. Mix until combined. If you’d like, add chocolate chips into the batter. Pour into loaf pan
- Bake in a preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack.
- Enjoy!
